Elderflowers have a mild flavor with honeysuckle notes and are incredibly aromatic at room temperature. The petite, white, star-shaped flowers grow in clusters and are native to Florida. Our chefs use elderflowers for pastry applications and for infusing liquors and sugars.
Elderflowers are delicate, and flowers separate easily from the stems. They last up to 5 days after harvest with proper storage. Harvested to order the day before delivery.
