Micro Mix – House Blend

Our micro mix is a fresh blend of up to 10 of the farm’s most popular microgreens available on harvest day. The mix never includes basil or cilantro. Our chefs use it as a colorful general garnish for a variety of dishes.

Micro mix is hardy, lasting up to 7 days after harvest with proper storage. Harvested to order the day before delivery.
