Huacatay leaves have a unique citrus, marigold-like flavor. It’s aromatic with beautiful pointed leaves. Huacatay is a common ingredient in Peruvian cuisine. Our chefs use it as a garnish to bring citrus flavor to savory dishes, and bartenders love it, too!

Huacatay leaves are delicate, lasting up to 5 days after harvest with proper storage. Harvested to order the day before delivery.
