Oxalis – Butterfly Sorrel
Butterfly sorrel has bright acidity and crisp texture. Its decorative purple leaves are impactful and flavorful in a wide range of applications. Our chefs use butterfly sorrel for ceviches and other seafood dishes, salads and garnishing.
One clamshell holds approximately 60 leaves.
Butterfly sorrel is hardy, lasting up to 7 days after harvest with proper storage. Harvested to order the day before delivery.
