Micro Garlic Chives

Micro garlic chives are highly aromatic with a bright, strong garlic flavor. They have delicate, straight, green stems with a black seed hull at the tip for contrast. Our chefs use micro garlic chives for a wide variety of brunch applications and seafood dishes.

Micro garlic chives are very delicate, lasting up to 3 days after harvest with proper storage. Harvested to order the day before delivery.
