Our Story
Florida Finger Limes are the result of a years-long collaboration with researchers at the University of Florida. We’re honored to be partnering with them and benefitting from their deep experience with the fruit. We take pride in using organic farming practices and do not spray synthetic pesticides or herbicides on our trees.
Our Farm
Harpke Family Farm is a family-owned urban farm in South Florida. We specialize in microgreens, edible flowers and other specialty produce for discerning chefs. Our focus is on sustainability, all-natural farming practices and delivering the freshest ingredients harvested to order.
