Lettuce Bouquet

Our bouquets are approximately one pound of our mixed hydroponically-grown lettuces. The bouquet makes approximately two salads for a couple or one salad for a family of four.

Our lettuce comes with roots attached and can last up to 10 days with proper storage. We recommend wrapping lettuce in slightly damp paper towels and storing in a plastic bag in your crisper drawer.
