Borage Blooms

Borage flowers are known for their beautiful purple star shape and cucumber flavor. Our chefs use them to add color and flavor to a variety of dishes.

One clamshell holds approximately 60 flowers.

Borage flowers are very delicate, lasting up to 3 days after harvest with proper storage. Harvested to order the day before delivery.
