We take freshness seriously, shipping overnight on harvest day in insulated boxes with cold packs. We also include soaker pads in every container to absorb condensation. Transfer to your refrigerator immediately upon delivery!
Here’s a breakdown of how long you can expect each of our products to last with the proper storage. All are estimated in days post harvest, so if you receive a “hardy” product, you can expect it to last up to 6 days since it was harvested the day before you received it.
