Our first farm table dinner of 2019 is one NOT to be missed!
Perhaps our most highly anticipated event thus far, James Beard nominee, Chef Niven Patel (Ghee Indian Kitchen, Erba), will treat guests to a farmer’s feast of authentic Gujarat-inspired dishes, reimagined with a modern twist.
Patel is doing everything right- from farming his own produce on his aptly named homestead, Rancho Patel, to employing his gifted Indian family in his kitchens- so it’s no surprise the success and accolades have followed. Despite all that success, Patel is as humble, generous and seemingly laid-back as they come, which translates to diners feeling at home in his restaurants, or in this case, on the farm.
Guests can look forward to a welcome cocktail, passed canapés, wine pairings and a plated 4-5 course Sunday lunch, highlighting peak-season Florida produce. Although this thoughtful menu will be vegetable-centric, it will not be vegetarian. (No substitutions or refunds possible.)
