Longtime friends & colleagues, Chef Paula DaSilva & Chef Adrienne Grenier come together, alongside Pastry Chef Carissa Offhaus, offering 40 guests an intimate, family-style feast in a truly memorable setting at Harpke Family Farm.
While DaSilva leads the team at Burlock Coast & Grenier helms 3030 Ocean, both gifted Executive Chefs will be cooking on-site, with a collaborative menu drawn from our coastal bounty & inspired by Florida’s late summer produce. Chef Offhaus will deftly complete the meal on a sweet note, while Harpke will apply his extensive wine knowledge, providing fine-wine-pairings throughout the meal, completing a uniquely South Florida farm-to-table dining experience.
