Greeted by Farmer Tamer Harpke, 30 guests will be treated to an intimate feast for the senses under our Seminole-constructed Chickee hut, as they gather around our locally-milled, fallen white oak farm table.
Gifted Chefs Alex Lotero, (Alter, Mignonette) & Richie Ortega will transform thoughtfully curated, farm-fresh ingredients into a four-course menu, while Harpke will exploit his extensive wine knowledge offering guests a truly authentic, value-driven, farm-to-table dining experience.
Doors open at 5:30 p.m., farm tour starts promptly at 6:00 p.m., dinner to follow. $65/pp minimum suggested donation; includes wines. Menu is vegetable-centric, but not vegetarian.
